Return and right of withdrawal
If you wish to exchange the item you received in a different size or color, or for another product, you must place a new order on our website.
You fill in the return form and send the item back to us. We will credit the return when it arrives at our warehouse, at the latest within 10 days. We recommend sending returns with tracking.
Return costs are covered by the customer.

Right of withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act gives you the right to cancel your purchase. The right of withdrawal requires that you notify us no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery (withdrawal period). Goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. In the event of a correctly completed return (in accordance with the Cancellation Period Act), the full price of the goods will be refunded to the buyer. The right of withdrawal form is enclosed in the order confirmation that is sent by e-mail. An item that is returned due to use of the right of withdrawal must be sold as new. (This means that you cannot use the item and then return it.) In practice, this means that it must be returned in the same condition and quantity as when you received the product, and as you would expect a new product to be delivered. Where this is not complied with, goods that are returned will be returned to the sender. We recommend sending returns with tracking.
The return costs are borne by the consumer unless the seller has breached the agreement or the seller has, in accordance with the agreement, delivered a replacement item because the ordered item was not available.
In July, the processing time for returns may be somewhat longer than normal.
