Terms and conditions of sale
Here you will find information about the terms and conditions that apply when you shop with us. If you do not receive an automatic confirmation of your order by email, please contact customer service immediately at team@hair1.no.

Buyer:
The buyer is the consumer who places the order and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/buyer.

DELIVERY TIME
Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days for goods in stock. During campaign periods, a slightly longer delivery time must be calculated. In the case of sold-out items, the delivery time may be up to 2 weeks (it is stated in your order confirmation if any of the items are on back order). If it takes longer, our goal is to notify you by email or phone. If you want more precise information, just send an e-mail to team@hair1.no. You will be notified by e-mail when the order has been shipped.

SHIPPING AND FEES
The system calculates your shipping. For orders over 799 ,- your goods are sent free of charge. Additional fees may apply if you choose a payment method other than card payment or direct payment. Otherwise, no other fees will be added.

If your order contains items that fit in the mailbox, we will sometimes send by A-mail. Please note that you will not receive a tracking number. The delivery time for A-mail is normally 1 business day.

We bear the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, ie when you have taken possession of the products. If the delivery of the products is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we have knowledge of this, together with information about whether and when delivery can take place, or whether the product(s) are out of stock.

Depending on the nature of the products and the length of the delay, you may, depending on the circumstances, withhold the purchase price, demand delivery, claim compensation or terminate the agreement.

PAYMENT
We use Vipps as our payment provider. This means that we can transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout page is uploaded, in order for Vipps to handle your purchase. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Vipp's own privacy policy.

Payment is made by the chosen payment method at checkout. We use Vipps, and you can pay by card, Vipps and invoice/partial payment. Card withdrawals are made when the order is shipped.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Currency in NOK. Prices are shown with VAT included.
Payment is made in the following ways:

Card details are not stored and all card information is processed via SSL encryption.

Terms and conditions for invoice purchases

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. Our PSP (payment service provider) handles personal data to perform customer analysis, identification, credit assessment and marketing. Your social security number is also your customer number with our PSP.

Please note that when you choose partial payment in connection with your purchase, this is an offer of partial payment. The actual account agreement is entered into later in connection with the account agreement being sent to your registered address.

PARCELS THAT ARE NOT COLLECTED
Packages that are not picked up within 7 days are automatically sent back to Hair1. This means that you will have to pay return shipping plus a processing fee of NOK 200 for packages that have not been collected.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN SHIPPING
Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your item. That's why you always have 14 days to return your purchase in our online store. The only condition is that the item is returned to us in its original condition. The original packaging and any labels must be included in the return. If you have received the wrong item or a defective item, we are of course responsible for the return cost. Follow the instructions explained below to return your goods to us.

The only requirement for return is that the goods have not been used and that the original packaging is not damaged. As soon as we have examined the return package and there is nothing wrong with it, the refund will be made. Any damage to the item will result in a deduction from the refund.
For security reasons, refunds will only be made to the same card/account from which the original payment was made. In the event of a refund of a card purchase, your card will be credited with a unique reference number that identifies the transaction. The card information has not been stored by Hair1. Returns may not be sent against cash on delivery or COD - these will not be redeemed. In July, the processing time for returns may be slightly longer.

COMPLAINTS
If you receive a defective or misdelivered item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days if the item is damaged on delivery. Of course, we are responsible for the shipping cost of misdelivery and complaints.

If there is a defect in the product, the consumer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after he or she has discovered or should have discovered it that he or she will invoke the defect (complaint). This deadline for making a complaint may never be shorter than two months from the time when the consumer discovered the defect.

Complaints must be made no later than two years after the consumer took possession of the product. If the product or parts of it are intended to last significantly longer under normal use, the deadline for making a complaint is five years. This does not apply insofar as the seller has assumed responsibility for defects for a longer period of time through a guarantee or other agreement. The deadlines in the first and second sentences also do not apply if there is a defect pursuant to section 15, second paragraph, letter g.

Complaints may instead be made to the person who, by agreement with the seller, has undertaken to remedy defects.

If the consumer does not make a complaint in time, the right to claim the defect is lost. This does not apply if the seller has acted with gross negligence or otherwise contrary to honesty and good faith. The right to assert the defect may also be lost under the rules of the Limitation Act.

Once we have approved the complaint, one of the following happens:

If it is possible to repair the item, we will repair the item for you, or agree on another solution if it is an urgent matter.
You receive a new identical item.
You will be refunded the money you paid for the item.

LAWS AND DISPUTES
Purchases through hair1.no are primarily governed by the Cancellation Act and the Consumer Purchase Act. More information about your rights and obligations as a consumer can be found at the Consumer Council.

PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with the Personal Data Act, we must ask you to consent to us processing information about you. All personal data that you provide us with or that we become aware of will be processed by Hair1 in its capacity as personal data controller.

The personal data you give us may be used to ensure deliveries to you, for credit checks, and to provide you with offers and information about our product range. The information you give us is only available to Hair1. You have the right to access the information that is registered about you. You always have the right to demand that Hair1 remove or correct the information that exists about you. By accepting Hair1's terms of purchase, you agree to the above.

NEWSLETTER
When you make a purchase with us, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletters, unless you check the box for this. You can unsubscribe at any time.

MINOR
If you are a minor (younger than 18 years old), you must have your parent's or guardian's approval before you can order from us.

PRINTING ERRORS
We reserve the right for printing errors and incorrect pricing on the site and reserve the right to refuse orders.
